Before and After School Care.

Mission Statement.

The mission of the Learning Program is to be a ministry and service to surrounding neighbors. We are an outreach program that nurtures and strives to meet the needs of our community. We do this through love and caring for our preschoolers and school age children in a Christian environment where we will teach them the importance of family, caring, and sharing.

Knowing that each child is different and has special gifts, we will enhance each of their qualities by stimulating their imagination and creativity.

General Information.

Stockton Learning Center understands that parents have difficulty finding a quality, safe environment for their children before and after school hours. We have a structured but enjoyable time for your child before they need to start or finish their school day.

Before School Care:

-from 6:30 a.m. until beginning of school. They will have time to eat their breakfast that they bring with them and get the extra study time they may need for their upcoming quiz or test.

After School Care:

-from the time school is out until 6:00 p.m. your child will be in a safe and structured atmosphere. There will be time for snacks, play, homework, and just being a kid!

Program for Preschoolers.

The main focus of the Learning Center is your child. Having small groups allows for more one-on-one attention. Their formative years are so important and should be nurtured by a loving, caring staff.

Half Day School Care:

2 - 4 Years. 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.

The Learning Center is open Monday through Friday and offers a flexible schedule. You may choose the following days and choose which days best fit your schedule.

2-year-old class.....................2 - 5 day class.
3-year-old class.....................3 - 5 day class.
4-year-old class.....................3 - 5 day class.

Each class will include music, art, creative play, snack, and storytime. It will be an exciting time of sharing and learning.

Extended Care:

for those preschoolers that need a little longer day, we offer extended care. They will have a lunch time, rest time, and play time with snacks.

Stockton Learning Center is a ministry of Stockton Memorial Baptist Church. We offer to all our neighbors a nurturing setting meeting all your family's needs to include: Counseling, Fellowship, Bible Study, Spiritual Guidance, Youth Activities, Men's Fellowship, and Women's Fellowship.
